I object to being regulated in the ability travel by and on my own conveyance of choice. We are country that is made up of a free market system and what you are suggesting and implementing is contrary to that way of life. This nothing more than "People Control" under the cult of Environmentalism.

I think it is totally irresponsible to implement a regional cap & trade agreement. Taxpayers do not need to be burdened with the fantasy of "fixing" the environment. Climate fluctuation is a normal activity that has been happening since the earth was created. Limiting CO2 emissions so people can feel good about themselves should not burden the taxpayers or drag down the economy. Can government actually work on important items? I agree with Governor Sanunu, just say NO!

It is critical we reduce our carbon emissions quickly, in that climate change is moving faster than expected ,, as measured by accelerated melting of the polar ice caps, the increased burning of forests and extreme weather events.

I am opposed to the TCI proposal. This is a tax and the legislature must vote on this, remember 2014?
I am tired of the "climate change" frauds, climate has never been, is not now and never will be static, it is dynamic.
I remember from the seventies warnings of a new ice age by the nineties.
I also do not want any more of my money to go to the MBTA for anything, including their unfunded pensions. Not my fault, not my problem.
Have you ever wondered why there are so many Mass plates in NH on the weekends?
How can you justify following the same failed policies of California?

We pay more than enough tax money. This will not solve or improve emission pollution or stave off changes in our climate. Any monies collected by the politicians will be ill spent. It will be all about pet projects (pork). Pay attention Richie Neal And Eric Lesser. People on a fixed income actually suffer with these corrupted mindset mentalities.

I urge you to move toward investment in mass transit and electric car infrastructure. It is imperative that we reduce carbon emissions in that climate change is moving rapidly upon us, as evidenced by the accelerated melting of the polar ice caps. This will contribute to stronger storms , hurricanes, flooding and droughts. I fear a feedback loop of carbon and methane releases from the tundra region, which will further accelerate climate chaos.

As all common sense people would do, they would balance their budgets and control their spending to ensure that they can maintain their homes, autos, children's education, etc. We the citizens expect the same from our elected officials. We did not consciously vote for Representatives to take it upon themselves to spend, spend, and spend. We elected our Representatives to work in our best interest. No candidate was voted into office with a carte blanche credit card. Our expectation is that our Representatives work diligently to reduce unnecessary costs and balance the state budget. The citizens of Massachusetts elected NOBODY to fall in line behind any Senate or House leaders. It was our intent to elect independent thinkers who ensured us that they have our backs. Continually raising taxes is not what was expected. If I want to buy a new house, or car, I reduce spending and save in order to do so! I expect the same from my Representatives.
