I read the MOU and liked its main tenets. I wholeheartedly support the goal of reducing carbon emissions. I also attended a meeting where the TCI was explained to the audience and then time for Q&A. The one thing that came up is that as much as possible this must address economic inequities.	-

Please complete the policy development process within one year, after which each jurisdiction will decide whether to adopt and implement the policy. And please hurry! Our soil-based carbon sinks are not yet keeping pace. Thanks for your attention to this.	-

One such tool of many is to reimagine our transportation system on every level, from curbing current emissions and introducing more emission-free vehicles to utilizing more mass transit and encouraging alternative modes such as biking and walking by designing pedestrian friendly routes. The power generation was mind boggling, and the strengthened panels reportedly stood up to temperature changes, and at least mid sized vehicles. So investing in our world and in our roads, and energy production in one fell swoop sounds like a brilliant solution. Investing in the front end of project that will pay for itself is not a sin, and political considerations of who takes responsibility are no longer an acceptable excuse with the stakes of the survival of the Earth at stake. Please consider this solution.	-

There can be no denying we have instigated a climate crisis and must take immediate action to mitigate the worst effects of it. Enacting a TCI program that addresses our carbon footprint and modes of transport is one way we can begin to do just that. Please do all you can to ensure we place a cap on carbon emissions (of at least 25%) by 2030, increase (by more than 35%) the minimum investment in overburdened and underserved communities, and invest in active transportation like better sidewalks, bicycle infrastructure, and high quality public transit. Together we MUST find and implement multiple solutions in order to maintain a habitable climate for life on earth. Thank you for doing your part.	-

Not just in WV but in PA also. Other eastern states have the problem of population and also semi trucks. Something should be done and initiatives need to continue to reduce pollution from fossil fuels.	-
