It is important today and for the new generation, to design a regional low-carbon transportation policy proposal that would cap and reduce carbon emissions from the combustion of transportation fuels through a cap-and-invest program or other pricing mechanism also to complete the policy development process within one year, after which each jurisdiction will decide whether to adopt and implement the policy.” The climate has been acting more destructive storms, high rising ocean.Less carbon, less toxic oil and cell of black smoke which created more air pollution ; Today changes must be created for the sake of lives , forest, ocean , lands.Lowering the heat of the sun. Sense 1990 the over amount, use of forest trees for wood leaven the most important places that kept the clean air working for all; has created the lost of power of the trees to lower the heat on our atmosphere . Time to stop the use of Forest , carbon,toxic oil.Cleaner transportation : train, car, buses, trucks,boats , chimney, air planes, burning forests,All these most change.. Wolf in his program to support TCI. The dramatic increase in atmospheric temperature, wild weather patterns, and significant melting of the polar ice caps certainly indicate that global warming is here and the solution is not easy nor immediate. It is certainly a travesty that the US is the only country within the developed nations who is not actively engaging this issue.	-

There is NO shame in any of you. We have ZERO representation and now that the "republican" gov. Is really just another democrat there is really nobody watching out for people just trying to live their lives and take care of their family. This thought process of " we're untouchable and can do anything we want" has to end. TCI will NOT survive a court challenge(outside of Ma.) with neutral judges and honest people. When do CITIZENS get a break? Don't give us the tax deduction WE passed twenty years ago and tell us you" gave "it to us. WE passed it and you couldn't even honor that for 20 years. DeLeo,Spilka and Baker ALL will be voted out after this absolute dip off.	-

That means immediately prioritizing moving people over moving cars. We need to invert our spending, and spend more on micro-mobility (bike and scooter only paths/roads), walking, and mass transit (trains, separated bus lanes, etc.) Further, communities like mine, in Malden, have serious health concerns because we're surround by roads. Instead of people commuting through our town by car, it is only just to switch it out and have them commute through our community via bikes. This is critical. And urgent. Please set policy accordingly.	-

We've also just had one of the warmest winters ever here in PA. We have to do something to curb GHG NOW, just to avoid the worst effects of global warming. This initiative would be an encouraging first step to doing it (although we need to be doing much, much more).	-

Nor should they be expected to pay for charging stations and electric vehicles that they can't afford nor get the milage needed between charges to take care of their daily business or commutes. To add to the citizens cost business with also add on their added feel cost to the goods they sell which will cost the citizens even more. Many will suffer due to this added cost, the state should NOT tie itself to a program that my have benefits for some states but Maine is NOT one of them as the populations is spread over a large area and would one feel the cost not benefits.	-

For those of us on a fixed income, it will be a hardship. Prices on groceries and goods trucked into Maine and throughout New England will go up in price. Every restaurant will most likely raise prices. And there we are - paying higher prices AGAIN. Face it folks - it’s another TAX!	-
