There is no viable route to electric cars, charging takes too long, gasoline is the only viable energy solution for personal transport needs of the average middle class consumer. Just stop funding your pet projects on the backs of people that can not afford it.	-

Fortunately, transportation is one area where we can really changes things for the better with available technology. As the electrical grid "greens" EVs actually grow cleaner. The opposite is true for fossil-fueled (FF) vehicles as they grow dirtier with age. The low efficiency of FF vehicles coupled with the high life-cycle costs of fuel production make EVs a no-brainer if we're going to get ourselves out of this climate mess and provide a decent home of our children. In our hubris we have no concept of how things may change with warming. We've built our world, our houses, our infrastucture to serve the climate we know not one with overheating and extreme events.	-

We must constantly limit the amount of emissions in order to attain attain a sustainable level in our environment! As always once a ruling is in place, it must be allowed to reach levels and maintain them. It is only when regulations are in place, we see progress. We must address this source of pollution to protect clean air, tackle the climate crisis, and begin the hard work of remedying years of systemic discrimination that resulted in more car exhaust and dirtier air in overburdened, underserved communities.	-
