It is disheartening to see the constant money grab by this governor, aided and abetted by a Legislature who seems to care not a whit for the working people of Mass. This money grab of TCI is nothing more than financial insurance to keep the cadre of overpaid state politicos in place. It is only when you finally move away and look at Mass. from afar that you realize that your state government has been systematically breaking the working classes, and ALL classes with the constant siphoning of money to keep the politically connected in place. IT HAS TO END !! Governor Baker originally ran on a fiscally conservative platform but `has turned into a tax happy politician. Governor....YOUR CITIZENS CANNOT PAY ANYMORE !! So glad I moved to South , as I just could not afford to stay in Massachusetts !! KILL THE TCI !!	-

According to a recently released study by Harvard and other institutions, if the program is designed appropriately, up to 1100 lives can be saved annually, and the region could see $11 billion in health benefits each year.	-

If Tall Devil, I mean Charlie wants to slide this into his budget to keep feeding his friends in the unions I think we should immediately votw for the only vehicles allowed to take home from ANY state map, I mean job, should be all electric vehicles. No more cruisers being driven home at 90 MPH because the statues are “on duty” 24/7 like they “have been” in the past. No more Tahoe for Charlie to be catered around in - he wants a free ride he can drive his own little electric spec to see how much fun they are to drive around Boston - and make sure it’s a stripped down model without any extras so he can finally drive like the rest of us. Might teach him to take that amazing MBTA he has worked such wonders on.	-

Market based solutions generally are most effective. RGGI has been an extremely successful model for reducing greenhouse gas emissions without negatively impacting the economy. 2. TCI, like RGGI, can be used to strategically direct funds to those people and sectors that will most effectively reduce emissions. 3. TCI would harness the power and resources of multiple states, which will be more effective than if Maine "goes it alone."	-
